This is not going to be a very exciting blog. Just a simple way for me to keep track of my progress, and report any problems or successes I encounter as a complete PE beginner.

Basic Intro

- 20 years old @ Uni
- Virgin
- Embarrassment of my penis has held me back when opportunities have arisen. Let's put it this way; if I was 100% confident in my penis, I would have almost certainly lost my virginity at 16 when I was getting quite a bit of female attention, and I wouldn't have looked back.
- Just found out about PE (why so late?!?!)

Measurements

I know these measurements don't seem too bad. I've been pleasantly surprised myself to properly measure myself and compare with averages and find ok results. But still my penis is below average, and girth is pretty small. Looks like I'm not much of a grower either particularly in girth. I can't get over the anxiety I have about girls seeing it (on 2/2 occasions when things have gone that far, there have been little comments from the girl about me being quite small....), and I need to do this to improve my confidence in general because this sort of anxiety does affect other areas of my life.

Routine

For the first 90 days I'll be following JP90's beginner routine (2 days on 1 day off as opposed to 5 on 2 off to start with). https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html
If things go particularly well and I start to feel confident, I may implement more advanced exercises in this period, but I'm pretty happy to take it slow overall.

Target

I've been advised not to set any targets as everyone reacts so differently. I've read incredible success stories, and also some who've worked hard for slow rewards. Ultimately I'd be happy to just see improvement at all, but as long term goal I want an extra inch in EL and and extra 0.5 inches in EG. I feel this is realistic, but setting a time scale would be stupid - let's just see how it goes.
