Day 1 of PE'ing complete

Routine
Warm up for 10 mintutes
Stretching ~ , helicopters, right, left, up, down, out, all with 25 kegels and 20 circles
Wet Jelqs x90
V Jelqs x60
Warm down for 5 mintues

Was pleased that after a dodgy start where I got wood really easily, that by the end that hasd virtually eradicated and I could control to not get fully hard. I stopped twice overall in all those jelqs when I thought I was getting too hard.

I tried edging afterwards, but didn't last very long; I was actually edging for less than 10 minutes before a gave in and went past the PONR, felt pretty good anyway. lol

Questions:

1) I felt like the session took a long time, and was quite boring (repetitive). Does anyone do anything to relieve boredom in a session.

2) How long should one jelq take? I read somewhere 20 seconds, but mine didn't take that long at all, I was more like 10 seconds, sometimes less. Should I slow down alot? I swear if it was 20 seconds each time, the whole thing would take AGES.

3) I'm a bit confused about the V jelq grip. JP says to have fingers curling towards belly. I did this ok, but it was a bit weird, didn't really feel like my penis was resting in a V, more like I was holding it from the side.

4) I know JP's routine actually says 150 wet jelqs and 90 V jelqs, but to be honest I just couldn't be bothered. I've seen greatdane make good progress doing less jelqs but slowly building up. Or would you recommend going for that full amount?
