Both session since my 1st one have followed the following routine:
10 mins warm up
Stretches (helicopters, L,R,U,D,O, kegals and circles)
100 Wet Jelqs
60 V Jelqs
5 mins warm down
This routine has been taking me about 25 mins and it feels good. Over the next few sessions, I'll build up to JP's full routine which is 150/90 wet/v jelqs instead of 100/60 which I've been doing so far. I figured out how to do the V jelq properly thanks to a thread in the forums.
I'm good at controlling my penis in jelqs, but not in stretches. When I helicopter, stretch and kegal, I normally get pretty hard which is really annoying and makes the stretching process longer.
The jelqs feel good. I can feel the blood moving up the penis and the veins become a bit more pronounced. After a good session of jelqs my flaccid penis looks huge compared to normal, which makes me feel good.
Over the next couple of weeks I'm going to add a good session of edging into any day off, and I'm going to cut down on masturbation; I'm jacking off about once a day which is way too much imo, dunno why I'm so horny atm. So going to try and cut that down to once every 2 days.
