So whats your preferences on lubrication when doing the different PE exercises? There is a recipe for this home made stuff I seen on *************. It had different vitamins and extracts in it... Has anybody actually trying using this "secret sauce"? If so, have you seen any kind of difference in recovery time or anything? I actually made some for shits and giggles a little while ago, but I havent had a chance to use it yet cause I'm getting some folliculitis taken care of first. (Thats what the quack said it is, but I have a feeling that its mulluscum.)
