After browsing through this site for a few months, I finally decided to give it a go, and put my doubts to the side.
Interestingly enough, I've always kind of "jelqed" my penis, always tugging it away subconscioulsy.

So, following the usual routine for 90 days:

Warm Up - Hot Towel

Helicopter twists x 20
Stretch to left, 25 quick kegels
10 x circles to left
10 x circles to right

(repeat for right, straight out and up)

Wet- Jelq x 50
V-Jelq x 30

repeat the last two three times.

Warm Down - Hot Towel

I'm taking pro-solution pluss pills, which help with bloodflow and I'd say they work mildly well.

I have a sizegenetics extender but won't incorperate that into my routine unless I don't make any gains.

I use Vaseline as my lube for wet and v Jelqs: I find it lasts longer, kinda retains the heat of my penis, and doesn't take away too much friction so hopefully my jelqs are more effective.

Two days ago BEFORE I started this routine (today was my first day), due to random stretching I had a burst capillary (looked like a red spot), it took a day to disappear.

Final and if you ask me IMPORTANT NOTE: I've been working out lightly for two months and as a result my penis is actually slightly larger maybe by 1/3 of an inch. Healthy body = healthier penis.

- I aim to work out more, do my PE exercises, and cut down on smoking, whilst taking my prosolution pills and eating well: ATTACKING FROM EVERY ANGLE MUAHAHA.

I'd appreciate ANY help, ESPECIALLY criticism from experienced members.
