  • Welcome to the Nutrition Forum of PEGym!

    Nutrition is so intrinsically tied to every aspect of our life! Healthy nutrition is key to your maximum sexual health, as well as ensuring you maintain overall general health! For this reason, we've decided we need a forum devoted to just this topic.

    As will all other sub-forums of PEGym, the following rules apply -

    • Be respectful of other members. This is Rule #1 here.
    • No promotion of unauthorized products or services - period. The nutrition market, sadly, is rife with people just looking to make money. For this reason, only carefully vetted and tested products or services are allowed to be promoted here.
    • No outside links, unless it is a pure reference link. How do I know if it's a reference link? Ask yourself 2 questions - Does the site I'm linking to have any sort of advertising on it (banners, etc.)? Does the site I'm linking to, at any point, sell any product or service? If you answered NO to both of these questions - then you're probably safe to link to it, to support your opinion in your post. If in doubt - feel free to PM me.
