So many people, especially young women one step away from anorexia, still think fats make you fat. I find this almost laughable, and with boisterous laughter. I laugh all the way to the woods and steal from the grey squirrels. Then I go to target to chug a bottle of extra virgin olive oil. You burn fat for fuel. Avocado is good also. Excess sugar and sugar culture makes you fat. not fat.

Amen!!! Glad to see someone on my side I've been preaching the low sugar, low carb and high healthy raw fats for a long time now. I'm not sure if I believe in the whole Keto life style though I find keto recipes are to high in unhealthy fats. As I'm sure you know that even healthy fats when heated to high become unhealthy. Avocado is my fav. healthy fat. I use avocado and avocado oil in a lot of my dressings flax seed oil as well but I only use flax seed oil dressing on fish or other high omega 3 sources since flax is a little to high in omega 6 & 9

What is your favorite oil to drink? the body is like a machine. It has to be lubed up. especially if you are bicycling, lifting, etc. I take fish oil but I think the more oil the better. I might try chugging avocado oil.

Not true. Keto is all about eliminating PUFAs from the diet (among other things). PUFAs upset the normal Omega6-Omega3 balance, resulting in chronic inflammation and over-production of free radicals, inhibiting cell repair. Saturated fat will save your life. Believe it!
I agree that Avocado is a great oil, but CNO is way better. However, avocado is still a mono-unsaturated fat, meaning that it too will suffer rancidity. On the contrary, saturated fats are very stable, and will not go rancid.

Weight management is all about controlling insulin and blood glucose. Since fat has a -0- glycemic response, it does not cause weight gain. You're speaking my language!
