No Trapezius, just androgens. I don't understand why Pegasus doesn't understand. Who wants to be normal? It is normal for men to have an EL of just over 5", look at us here, I am 7" EL and am going for 8" for no good reason than I think 8" is the magic number and would look awesome. To be honest my 7" already looks awesome and is above the average but at the top end of the range. I am 19.0 nmol/L, it is in the middle area of 10.0 to 35.0 nmol/L. That might be great for an old fart like me when many my age are < 10.0 nmol/L. I would rather be "supernormal". I am sure those 20 somethings are not complaining being supernormal, and it is doing them no harm. Maybe Pegasus thinks these young men are covered from head to toe with cystic acne, and that they are spontaneously cumming totally uncontrollably at all times or the excess testosterone is being converted to Estrogen. My guess is these supernormals appear just normal without any drastic high Testosterone side effects.

Anyway I have had my say in the matter, and I will pursue anti Estrogen SARMs, I have made up my mind and will shut up now.

Wow you clearly did not read the link I sent you it explain at length the pros and cons of high test level .
The info was hard to find and like you demo tends to be ignored .

If you wish to increase your test level the natural route is far safer . Here is a link with many methods to choose from.
      https://www.pegym.com/forums/exercis...testerone.html

Course this tends to be ignored also everyone wants to avoids work they want a pill.

I just want my body hair back. Having hair you can't see, and looking smooth and hairless from a distance of 1 metre is not for me. I can't even see my pubic hair, it is white and blond, I am a half Southern European, blond pubic hairs is not right.

I know the natural route, I use it. I have lost weight, I only eat at one time per day, the evening meal. I eat nuts. I make myself do 50- 60 pushups every day, I do squats which I hate, until the lactic acid gets too much, I don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, I eat organic, I eat wild caught fish, and grass fed beef. I don't eat soy products or anything potentially GMO, I walk for hours every other day in Alice, I climb all the rocky hills around Alice, the town looks better up there anyhow. I use supplements zinc, Vit D3, Vit E, L-Arginine, L-Citruline, Mg, Omega 3.......... I avoid plastic containers, don't eat sugar. I do not cut trees down, trees are sacred to the Indigenous folk in Alice.

I think I do more than enough to bump up testosterone naturally. I do not propose to go beyond what is considered the normal range of testosterone in healthy males, just hovering at the higher end. I am not Rich Piana.

Well get rid of your balls, you'll have head hair and increase your longevity. My head hair means nothing to me. I am into cunt, tits don't do much for me, well, tit fucking now and then. Red hair, it is a scourge, sorry red heads. I am a carrier for that fucking thing, four red head children, the only good thing about red heads (not my children) is their high pink skins, very pink labia and clitoris which goes bright red on arousal, orange pubic hair - I have a few experiences with red heads. I rather have a black skinned South Sudanese woman with a big clit.

Ok. Only total testosterone or did you measure free testosterone too?

Free testosterone is the one that matters as it's the only form that can attach androgen reseptors and do it's job. If your SHBG is high you could have low free test even if total test is ok.

Free T is much more important than Total T. SHBG and Prolactin at high levels can lessen Free T. DHT can rise with increase in T and cause hair loss. DHT is great for sex but hair loss can be a side effect if it’s too high. Stinging Root Nettle can help reduce DHT and so can drugs.

These levels were over 5000 - 6000 blood Serum. A normal range for a healthy male is 300 - 1100.

So my question is , how in the long run do these extraordinarily high Test levels affect the Male human body.

These freakishly High Testosterone levels have to have some kind of negative effect in the long run.

What kind of health concerns should of man be concerned about , living with Testosterone above 5000 blood Serum say 20 years from now.
nr 1 Dyslipidemia nr 2 damage from high conversion of testosterone into DHT-prostate cancer, accelerated aging, balding. nr 3 moderate increase of BP from altered mineral retention from altered aldosterone through high testosterone and estradiol (from aromatised testosterone) nr 4 acceleration of all types of cancers.

I had after stressful day and 3 hours nightsleep EDIT* 14nmol/L and I have almost 8" EL. Don't think testosterone levels matter one bit when it comes to penis size as long as they are in the 50th percentile and above. Ofcourse this is NON-PE size have not stretched my penis or damaged it to make it longer to achieve that measurement...

I don't want human growth hormone, anabolic steroids but Testosterone is another matter. When you get to 65 you might change your viewpoint. In Australia the so called normal range for serum total testosterone is 10 - 35 nmol/L. I am 19.0 nmol/L, why shouldn't I aim to be at the 35 nmole/L end?

Ponto is not a candidate for hrt ,his test is over 500 which is good for a mature guy.

It all depends on SHBG. I've seen few cases in TRT forums where guys have over 100 nmol/L Shbg. If Ponto had that high or even higher SHBG his free test would be way too low.

You do realise tests for free testosterone are very inaccurate? So you are suggesting that a test for shgb would give an idea of free test level.
By the by Ponto is functioning better than average for his age he is basically looking for superman effect.

Here we use Anderson formula to calculate free test and doctors prescribe trt using that calculatef free test. I don't know how accurate it is. Total test and SHBG is needed. T is bound to Albumin and SHBG and only about 1-2% is free T.

In my personal opinion, raising your testosterone is not always the goal. It does help to reduce estrogens and phytoestrogens to bring your natural testosterone into balance
