My semen retention lifestyle is fabulous. I can't see myself cumming in the next few years. Because of this prostate and especially urinary health are important. There is some chatter on this board about Swedish flower pollen. I want to start taking this. I read a lot of mixed things about saw palmetto. Has anyone actually taken that and had a noteworthy positive experience? I would want to take it until I have to saw my dick off because its way too big. I want to try pygeum again, a good brand with just pygeum and not other stuff. Any other good prostate supps. Does ginseng help the prostate or is that more for energy.

Stay clear from saw palmento. It has 5-ar reductace inhibitors, which is an enzyme responsible for the conversion of Test to DHT. DHT is a really powerful androgen responsible for sexual health, brain function and much more. Unless you have an enlarged prostate I don't think you need to inhibit any hormones in order to shrink it. As for the pollen ask the Ultimate Buritto he was searching the same thing.Originally posted by watersnake View PostMy semen retention lifestyle is fabulous. A few months back I started taking only Swedish flower pollen (source naturals brand) and I practice semen retention. Doing this for me at least has caused me to leak a fair amount of cum when I pee typically after 7-10 days of abstaining. After taking a large pee I can usually feel the tingling feeling of cum entering my ducts if I ease into it and enjoy the feeling the when I flex my PC muscle a few times I can get a good thick rope or two of cum squirt out.
I have started to take pygeum now to try and increase my precum same brand you use, but have not had the best of luck with it in the past. But now it seems with taking it and doing quite a bit of edging I am now producing a good sized pool that rests on the pee hole or it may grow enough to run down the top of my cock head and collect in a drop there but never more than that, where as before I don’t think I ever really saw precum, maybe a bit of wetness on my pee slit but that was it. I really think the edging helped, just wish I could do way more to leak crazy amounts.

Your experience with Swedish pollen seems desirable. I plan to start on it soon. The pygeum I tried was vitamin shoppe brand pygeum complex. I already ooze a lot but there was no substantial increase. Or maybe there was I'm not sure. not enough to leave my chair sopping wet, I didn't need the 5gal orange bucket. If I'm every after that again I would try the soloray brand pygeum. I read on another site about 'horror' stories of leaky faucet here there and everywhere. Does the Swedish pollen actually give you bigger less frequent urinations?Originally posted by frenchme236 View PostA few months back I started taking only Swedish flower pollen (source naturals brand) and I practice semen retention. I do really like what the sweedish flower pollen does.. I know some guys would have an issue with the leaking cum after the go pee and such, but I dont mind it as from time to time when Im really horny I want to eat my own jizz or precum and this allows for that without actually having to cum which also feeds into my semen retention. I do think that the flower pollen is good for prostate health and helps relax it (which I think is why you can cum after the pee). Im pretty sure it does nothing for precum production or leakage and no I havent noticed any increase in needing to urinate from taking it. Recently I have upped my water intake by probably about 3 times and have started taking my supply of piping rock standardized pygeum. I havent had much luck with it in the past, but hopefully with the edging and increase in water will help, also I used to take a number of other sups for the large loads but right now its only these two and a multivitimin, so maybe something was competing before. In any event I will probably go through my stock of pygeum then try the one you mentioned, soloray and if that doesnt produce any results after a month or so I will probably give up on pygeum all together.
