Stomach pain from powder herbs

I bought Muira Puama, Mucuna Pruriens and Horny Goat Weed bulk from same company, but every time I take a serving from one I have big stomach pain, discomfort and gases, with food or not same thing happens every time, the pain goes away after about an hour or two. The thing is I also took the same herbs in pill form and didn't had any problems. What would be the issue, a bacteria, impurities? I was taking them with watter separatly, or with my morning meal/shake.

Who knows? It could be anything.Try taking less and see what happens.

How much of a dose are you taking? Have you tested each herb individually to see which one is the culprit?

I was taking about 2.5 grams from each, now one week break to let everything clear out and will try again with a smaller dossage, if it happens again they go in the garbage.

Test out much smaller dosages, and test each one out individually. That way, if you're having a bad reaction from just one of the herbs you'll be able to isolate which one.

I would think more hydration is needed
