So a little bit about myself. I just recently started to take a multivitamin and fish oil supplement. Also tried out the Pygeum and Lecithin before taking the multivitamin and fish oil supplements for a few days
(Didn't really notice a difference in volume maybe I wasn't doing it long enough or there is another issue for example my Peyronie syndrome)
I want to do a complete rehaul of myself or at least attempt to. I haven't weighed myself, but I am 26 5'5 and I'd say around 180-190 pounds. I also developed gynocomastia at an early age and it never went away. I'm all fucked up with in the head with a small 4.5' Peyronie penis and man boobs.
I've been on the keto diet for a couple weeks now and it seems like it's working so far.
My goals are these
1) Healthier lifestyle
2) Girth
3) Length
4) Increase in load
5) Help aide stamina/performance and get the best sexual experience I can
6) Somehow get rid or reduce the gyno whether it's exercise or supplements *I know I will probably have to have surgery, but any input is appreciated*
Below I have a list of the supplements I have bought. Let me know what you think if I should stick with or change the brands for quality, how much should I be taking, or what else I could be taking, or any other input for that matter. In the second list below were some things I have bought also. I'm not a nutritionist and I have no idea what to do. I thought they might help with the goals that I want I just don't have a plan on how to implement them yet.
1) Whole Food Multivitamin
<link removed>
2) Pygeum- Swanson
<link removed>
3) Black Maca- Madre Nature
<link removed>
4) Sunflower Lecithin- NOW
<link removed>
5) L-Arginine- Havasu

6) Fish Oil- Dr. Tobias

In which order should I be doing these supplements/detoxes?
1) Gut Meister- Dr. Tobias
<link removed>
2) Colon Cleanser- Dr. Tobias

3) CandidaFC- Dr. Tobias

Thank you everyone for reading and voicing your opinions and suggestions it really is appreciated. I just can't live the way I am anymore I am seriously unhappy and don't want to get into even more of a depressive state and do something stupid.
