I have recently started trying to become a vegan, not fully yet, but just eating more fruits and vegetables and less cheese and dairy and added sugars and things. The fruit I like the most n have been eating is bananas. I have heard that they are really good for the heart from helping the red blood cells. it also is good for appetite with all the fiber, and the starch helps reduce sugar in blood which reduces the sensitivity to insulin.So it will help to lose weight. I have heard that it helps penis from all the benefits. so I was thinking the from all the benefits and from weight loss it would definitely help penis length and girth gains. Has anybody noticed anything if you eat a lot of bananas consistently. is there any proof or facts on this. Thanks.

Bananas are high in potassium…
Potassium supports blood pressure, cardiovascular health, bone strength, and muscle strength. This is important for us PE-ers because cardiovascular health is a big component of EQ.
High potassium intakes are also associated with a reduced risk of stroke, protection against loss of muscle mass, preservation of bone mineral density. This is more of a stretch, but you have to figure if it is good for muscle mass and bone mass, it is probably good for the erection mass.
Bananas are also a good source of vitamin C.
Vitamin C is essential for the synthesis of collagen which is needed to support new tissue growth. New tissue growth is what we are aiming for. Whenever I do periods of intensive PE, I supplement Vitamin C. I always see a correlation between these periods and growth.
It promotes a healthy skin as well as the healing of cuts and wounds. Collagen is also found in the connective tissues of healthy gums, bones, muscles, cartilage, and blood vessels. Again, the whole healing aspect is key for PE.03/2015 Start <Able to last ~ 2 mins PIV>

Yeah, thanks I was looking to hear about all that or some testimonials about if they had noticed anything like you said with potassium supporting blood pressure and being good for cardiovascular health and if it had helped improve thicker erections or more veins or more pronounced veins in penis. I have been eating about 2 a day for a bout 2 weeks so far and I feel like I have noticed a little more of a fluff to my dick and idk. lol.
