  • Tru Niagen "nicotinamide riboside"

    Hi,

Its been a long time since coming here. (still sneaking a little on multiple orgasms threads and on enhancing relationships)

Which I guess means I have let myself go physically for the last year.

I am up to 244 pounds. Im 192 cm and play competitive hockey and generally active. I eat healthy but drink a lot of beer, and more than usual lately and more inactive. I have been working a lot and have kids so life is busy, and been getting the habit of just hitting the couch and put netflix on. Even on weekends..

But im looking to snap out of it. Also my sex drive is a bit down, so thinking the almost daily few beers might be reducing my testosterone.

I am back on the treadmill now,

Facebook is somehow reading my mind and keeps suggesting this product to me. "HEY, You are getting lazy!!!! And OLD!!! Buy a pill!!"

    Tru Niagen???

Is there something more to this? (Currently take L-citruline for date nights, and l-carnitine daily)

    Any suggestions welcome!

Life isn't cured by a pill.

Even something as simple as reducing your beer intake can have a notable effect on your weight and hormone levels.

This pill by the way is used in anti aging where it has had some promising results in mice . Which probably means very little except money can be made from it .

So it's usefullness if any is in older people 60years plus in my understanding . How old are you op?

          Im 38.

Cutting down on beer is not an appealing option. But I think I will keep it up and just up the exercising and getting back into daily jogs.

I think the couch is my real enemy. As well as my job, bureaucrat, so some running around, but mostly small walks and sitting, and staring at a computer. (Which system now unfortunately blocks this forum..)

          Appreciate the feedback!

How about lower calorie beer? Even just a few hundred calories per day cut (combined with increased activity) can help to reduce excess body fat.

Yup, I could do my regular beer with dinner low calorie. Or even non-alcoholic.

I am a bit snobby taste wise, but ill see what I can find.

It just feels good to have snapped out of a spell of inactivity and some moderate to mild mood swings, not feeling like myself.

I will also try to getting back at updating my progress thread on a weekly basis. Helps to check in with myself, but I dont think it will be so much about PE anymore.

                  Niacinamide riboside is a scam.

Plain niacinamide does the job just as well and even better, according to studies, and is only a couple of bucks. I tried it myself, it gave me a lot of energy to get through the day. It also lowers estrogen so that's a plus. It boosts metabolism too.
