  • Non-Gym - Stagnant person nutrition

Walk about a bit - study 4-6 hours a day... Pick apart the nutrition if you could...
local rec center gym (2 rep random machines) , hot tub , sauna.. once a week

Guy sitting next to me at work: "You know bananas have a lot of sugar"
Me "If this is the worst thing I'm going to eat today - I'd agree with you"

I do the evaporated milk coffee no sugar with a lil coconut oil (don't have pure MCT oil) ..
I do the green tea 3-5x throughout the day for everything its supposed to do but also as an appetite suppressant.
a spicy ginger and the tumeric tea once during the day to give different flavors...
10x less bread, soda , beer but ... they sneak in here and there.
Celery with peanut butter, blackberries, carrots, popcorn as most of the snacks.
Love some soup every other day or so...
Was going to do olive oil but can't seem to get it in there ..
    ---Multivitamin / lysine / maca / ginko / prostera / ginseng /
Hardly any water... outside the teas..

Supplement your bread/rice with quinoa. One of the healthiest things out there.

Also fry spinach in a pan and eat with eggs. Great natural source of zinc when fried.good for boosting testosterone.

Dark leafy greens uncooked can lead to kidney stones

Bananas are super healthy . Why would it be worst thing you ate in a day ? What you want to avoid is a rafinated sugar .

Doesn't look bad. Is your goal to just eat healthier? Definitely try to get the water in there. It'll have the added benefit of filling you up (since you mentioned appetite suppression). Soda is a big no-no, in my opinion. Even "diet" soda. Seeds and nuts are good too.
