Hey, so im trying this new supplement of whey protein that has 115mg of caffeine per scoop and I use 2 a day. Is this going to have negative effects on me? would appreciate some help on this

What protein gives caffeine? Doesn't sound like it's from a reputable company. Hopefully you are talking about a pre workout. Anyways, caffeine is great. I've used 420mg daily with no adverse reaction. Stimulants affect people differently. Start out with one scoop and see how you feel before deciding to take another.

Oh so its not bad, I felt it was the complete opposite. Its also the wheybolic ripped protein shake mix that you can get from gnc and it should be decently reputable i hope since its my 1st time ever trying it. Def stands by the 30% mass increase in 8 weeks I think because my calfves and quads are getting bigger. I also just got worrried for a sec because im really concious what I eat these days.

Never heard of a whey protein with caffeine. Only pre-workout shakes. Caffeine affects everyone differently. I turtle really bad from high caffeine doses especially when I'm at the gym. Best thing you can do is keep an eye on blood flow to your penis. If you notice it's turtling more than usual then you are sensitive to caffeine. It can also increase anxiety and affect psychological issues so keep an eye on moods. GNC is over priced garbage. They have some quality supplements, but those belong to other companies. You are getting bigger because you are eating more, not because of a supplement. If I'm not mistaken, its 60mg caffeine per scoop. Not 115mg. The caffeine it contains isn't enough to do any damage to your penis. I notice a massive difference having caffeine pre-workout. I usually take a supplement with 150-250mg though and I turtle like crazy after the workout. I have a lot of energy drinks like relentless and never noticed turtling tbh. Seems to always be after being active, I've never noticed caffeine make my flaccid hang lower either though. Was drinking even more caffeine before PE and was turtling all the time, I've cut down to a can per day now and since doing PE, my flaccid is hanging low most of the time. I ran out of caffeine tablets recently during my weight loss and took in 420mg a day(two 210mg pills). I did that for a couple of weeks and it ended two days ago. I never turtled once while taking it. In fact, it helped my erections. Was similar with L-Citrulline yesterday. Was wondering if it was doing much but I missed my mid-day dose and by 8pm I lost a bit of flaccid size. Took a double dose and was fine a few hours later.
