  • Need help to create a diet plan!

Hey guys as i have been lurking in the forums.

I decided that i need to stop been lazy and get back to the gym to shred my fat ASAP and help my johnson grow.

So my backround i was an athlete (Soccer player, crosscountry, begginner bodybuilder, crossfit mainly olympic movements). However my main weakness was that i never had the diet right or i would just get to my desired weight and stuff myself the next weeks never consistent.

So any advice or place i could read about diets and healthy habits would be great.

Things i need to leave first:
    Beer
    Bread
    Tortillas
    Sugar
    coffee

I think exercise and a healthy diet are important components to a PE regimen.

I'll single out one particularly invidious factor: sugar.

Processed sugar is everywhere. Check the nutritional ingredients of any processed food and you will see sugar. Beans, salad dressing, pasta, soups, everything. I was shocked at how much we ingest. And the thing is, it's addictive.

(For example: It used to be I couldn't imagine eating a salad without dressing. The I realized it was the sugar, and once I got used to it, now I never use dressing.)

Once you eliminate all the sugar you will see a difference.

Any diet will work if your consistent with it.

You have to think what is going work with social and work life. What type of things you enjoy doing (no point for example taking up running if you hate it) and eating.

Would add, try 16:8 like huge Jackman- miss breakfast and only eat in an 8 hour window

Reading the ingredient lists on processed foods reveal that everything contains sugar, oils, and additives like gums. Sugar is not the whole story behind obesity problem in the current age but cutting it leads to often improved diet as many processed foods are ditched this way. Add oils and unnecessary additives to the list and potato chips, pizzas and the rest of processed crap gets cleaned as well. Added oils and sugar make you easily overeat calories not to mention the nutrient void caused by them.

Building a healthy diet is one that provides necessary nutrients and is well digested. It does not have to be keto, paleo, vegan or other template. Some people benefit from ditching gluten, dairy, nightshades etc. others have no issues with them. For long term health and weight management I think you should restrict as little as possible. Eating even processed food is relatively okay in moderation, you will find your limits.
