Is it possible a big penis could cause you to be skinny?

If she rides it long enough she'll be skinny.

Like I said what I think causes a big dick is frequent long lasting spontaneous erections that are really hard because the person is thin and exercising a lot. So just being skinny isn’t enough. If you wank too much then you may damage the penis and so the erections aren’t as hard or not very frequent.

What do you mean spontaneous erections? That still happens to people after high school?
