  • Warming down to help overtraining?

So I did a routine today, edging and then stretching, and by the end of it, my dick was a little sore. I think I overtrained. So I fired up my heating pad, and warmed down, and my dick felt fine. Is warming down an effective way to combat the negative effects of overtraining? (Aside, of course, from not overtraining)

It could help. However, the best way is to not touch it for a few days. Let the tissue recover. I wish I could cause soreness just with my hands.

I thought it was good to feel a little sore after your exercises because it means you had a good workout ....

Have you noticed that it's a positive PI? I don't do a ton of stretching, so I've never really encountered soreness, so maybe it is a good sign.

This past week I experimented with a cool down - using 2 rags with cold tap water. It definitely made my penis feel alot better rather than using heat, especially after an intense work out. Others that use the cool down method will testify that it helps with a quicker recovery and also helps to keep the penis elongated longer after a PE session.
          Starting: NBPEL 4.5" (Feb 10)
          Current: NBPEL 5.3" (May 10)
Sometimes there just aren't enough rocks

I always thought cold would lead to "The shrinkage".

cold usually does lead to shrinkage but I find that after a PE workout, the blood is still flowing and if you combine a cool down with helicopters (keeping the blood moving to the glans) it will prevent turtling.

                Hmm, maybe I'll try that.
