Went on dut for 3 months, went off and here are what I observed.

Tingling sensation returned
Head felt like a strong histamine of pressure when you run hot water over and you gotta pee, only time I remember this feeling was during puberty.
Penis was still not hard but much fatter than before, this reduced a bit after 2 weeks.
Now 1 month after I do notice a slight thickness increase length about the same. Would I do it again? I need serious thought as the drug gives me a extremely flat emotional state.

I've been taking this for 20 years! I just turned 40. To keep my hair.... so I would be a good candidate to test this out. Funny thing is that I have a twin brother who is bald! I have a full head of hair... I do have a pretty low libido, but I can get hard and all that jazz when I want. Herbal supplements (Redwood) have actually helped me, and sometimes I've taken cialis or Viagra for some fun... I've had good luck with PE so far, as I just started around June 26th... This has been a super helpful site!

UNRELATED Question: Can I assume that my penis can get and stay as big as it is when I take it out of an extender? When I pull my penis out of the extender, it's usually really thick and long and bouncy...about 5.5 inches ... I turtle it mostly back after 10 mins or so (never really timed it), but I'm hoping two things: a) That it can get as long ERECT at least, as it is when fully stretched out, now that I've started PE... and b) That if my dick is plump and long and floppy when I'm done extending, then if I start making sure it's ADS / Plumped, that maybe it'll stay that way eventually??

The OP's idea is a bad one.

Rogaine increases your estrogen which you may keep your hair a little longer but you'll have man boobs and water retention. Not a good trade off in my mind.

What ever screw with your test levels and see what happens.
