Before start doing bullshit, I would suggest to:
start like the others. normal routines . take measurements every 2-3 weeks.
after 2-3 months try to maximaze by doing more then a single routine every day, since you're probably recovering faster. and see what happens. if you gaines more, that's the right way.
probably if being on roids gives an helping hand, is on recovery time.
