  • My bpfsl is 6 ,bpel is 6,5 I just started jp90. So after I'm done with conditioning my penis should I concentrate on my tunica?

        BPEL - 7-3/16"
        MEG - 4-1/4"
        EQ - 6.5/10
        Obviously SM and girth should be primary focus. I was hanging for about a month and a half and did see some length gains. (~1" +/- in 5 months total PE. Girth bound i am!! i feel invigorated with new knowledge!

        8/18/2012: (BPEL- 6.25") (MEG - 4.125") (BPBEG - 4.25")
        1/10/2013: (BPEL - 7.25") (MEG - 4.25") (BPFSL - 7.68")

        • Okay so given this theory the tunica is my limiting factor given my BPFSL is the same as my BPEL. Anyone have good suggestions for various types of stretches that will help this the most?
          BPEL: 6.6 EG: 5.5
          First Goal: 7.0 5.6

            • gotta continue lengthening My smooth muscle is still too strong its like a no matter what i do it is still at 9/10 EQ hardness. :| but i shall stretch it like the dollars at the supermarket!

                my BPFSL is 8.5in but my BPEL is only 7.5 at best.. my EQ is also a 7/10 on a good night..
                I guess i better start with girth excercises.
                just one question.. should I stop doing stretches? I've been doing PE for a while and when i started my BPFSL was only 7in so i guess my tunica did
                expand a lot.. i just don't know whether i should keep stretching it?

                • I've been on these forums for 5 years, and I've always had doubts about TGC theory. Some parts are correct, of course, because of scientific basis.

                  I just can't agree about placing emphasis on the difference between BPFSL and BPEL. This is the one thing that hurts TGC theory. There could be many factors which affect BPFSL-BPEL difference. Many people measure slightly different. People have different sized fat pads. People have different elasticity. I could go on and on. It is not reliable to base anything on this measurement, and I don't think anyone should use that information to make decisions regarding major changes to daily PE routines.

                  The BPFSL-BPEL difference can be heavily influenced by external factors. Unless you have weak erections, tunica will always be your limiting factor. If you're doing PE, more than likely you are doing many things which improve your EQ. You aren't going to stretch your tunica SO FAST that your CC simply cannot keep up. It would be silly to think that. The only way I feel this could happen would be if you were to quickly gain 1" in tunica length without EVER getting an erection, having sex, masturbating, jelqing, or anything else. Even then, we all get nocturnal erections.

                  Much respect to remek for taking the time to compile all of that information, I just have always disagreed with this one point.

                      • Taboo? Nonsense. Although I will add, that a great amount of work, thought, testing and discussion went into the formulation of the TGC theory.
                        But...You are always welcome to your opinion, that's what this forum is for, open discussion and everyone is welcome to discuss, challenge or add to any topic on these boards. (jP

                                Now i am confused...I am doing PE for a while now, with some gains, back in December i decided to hang since my gains had stalled and also because i want more length at this point.
                                I have a BPEL of 7.60 and a BPSFL of 8.25 before hanging i always had strong erection like 8/9, now after three months almost of hanging my erection level its at 6/7, here's my confusion: its because of the hanging that i lost EQ and if so I now fell into the SM category and probably benefit for a girth routine? or I should have never started hanging and just doing what I was doing (manual stretches, jelq, edge) because of the BPEL->BPSFL ratio?
                                I hate to have wasted three months, but ready to switch. should I approach a 60/40% girth routine?
                                anyone has a good one to share?
