Does anyone know if girth can be reduced, as some of you may know I answer questions and this on has me stumped, its a guy with a 71/2 girth and his with has given up with sex because of it, so I'm thinking 1 inch at least he needs to lose.

Any ideas anyone.

Hi Great idea but he does not want to do that, loves his wife and is faithful to her, have suggested he gets her some dilator's sounds odd but these make her vagina bigger, but ones you buy only go up to I think 38mm and she will need 60mm at the top end after a slow build up to that size.
