Assuming you were circumcised, the first step is to start wearing your surviving skin rolled forward 24/7 to protect the end of the penis so you can rejuvenate to a more supple natural ticklishness. You can wear the Your-Skin Cone, o-rings, or cross-tape. (disclosure: I sell the Your-Skin Cone).Originally posted by master-gauge View PostThere are more then a few threads on desensitizing for sex etc. creams and the like.. Then you can decide if you want expand your surviving skin so you get back the frictionless natural slinking and gliding mode of stimulation. Without slack skin, foreplay can rub you raw so that you take longer to finish during intercourse. Non-surgical foreskin restoration takes at least a few years of wearing gentle tension on your skin, but it's painless and the benefits are quite tangible. Yes I was when I was 6yo.. It was not a very good job ether, lot of scaring on the right side (I can still see where some of the stitches where to this day) it's not very even ether.. Everything was pulled so tight at the time.. Hanging has giving me some slacker skin.. The problems really come in the summer with the fact the glans are just rubbing in the underwear while sweating.. I'm finding the only real sensitive part now is the frenulm, the sides and top of the coronal ridge are losing the sensitivity..Originally posted by TLCTugger View PostAssuming you were circumcised, the first step is to start wearing your surviving skin rolled forward 24/7 to protect the end of the penis so you can rejuvenate to a more supple natural ticklishness. Someone sent me a message about delayed ejaculation, so I wrote him a reply about improving sensitivity, which seems like you may find useful too. Here it is for you to read through!

Hmmm, this sounds pretty interesting. It might be worth finding ways to increase your penis sensitivity in this case. That may help with the delayed ejaculation, as well as with associating sex with your girlfriend with pleasure, hence improving erections, and reducing that 'feeling of looseness'.
Fortunately for you, this sort of thing's my passion. There's a bunch of creative ways you can improve sensitivity.
Circulation and Nerve Conduction: The best and 'purest' way is to improve circulation to your penis by reducing pelvic floor tension and posture, which can also relieve any pressure on nerves, and also doing some cardio to keep blood pumping through the body. That's had the biggest effect for me, as my penis sensitivity, on a good day, is now as high as it was when I was about 17. I'm also only masturbating once a week, as much as I want to do it more, to help my pelvic floor properly relax, though this isn't technically necessary, don't feel you have to say no to sex. Other than that, there's a bunch of creative ways you can do this.
Silicone strips: If you're circumcised, you can use silicone scar strips to dekeratinize your glans. When you're circumcised, your glans can toughen up and develop an extra layer, which reduces sensitivity, and causes many grooves and wrinkles to appear in the flaccid glans. By cutting a silicone strip into a C-shape to match the shape of the glans, and wearing this on your glans for 23 hours a day (taking it off only for showers and sex), after about a month, your glans will be shiny smooth, and a much more healthy pinkish colour, and penis head sensitivity will be greatly improved, as you will have dekeratinized your glans, and effectively reversed the effects of circumcision on it. Check out this Reddit post and this bodybuilding forum post about them. I haven't tried this technique yet as I'm pretty happy with my sensitivity and the progress it's making right now, but I'll give it a shot in about a month. You can get silicone scar strips here.
Man1 Man Oil: If your nerves and circulation aren't the limiting factor in your sensitivity, Man1 Man Oil is a cream developed with a bunch of vitamins and nutrients which promote blood flow and nerve function. I haven't tried it yet due to poverty, but all the reviews on Amazon seem to show the grand majority of people find sensitivity noticeably improved after using the cream for some time, as well as the penis skin appearing healthier and softer. Apparently it feels slightly cold and tingly to put on, but otherwise has no negative side effects. Some people say it doesn't work, who may be the ones in positions of compressed nerves and shitty circulation. Otherwise, it seems great. You can find it either on Amazon, or on the official website, which I think can be cheaper.
Angion Method: A 'PE' technique you might have heard of, the Angion Method (AM) works by improving circulation to the penis by increasing the speed of blood flowing out of the dorsal veins of the penis. After it being around for a few months, the general consensus is that it greatly improves EQ, but doesn't seem to produce size gains other than that. However, what I, and a number of other people noticed, is that after doing AM, in under a week, as well as improved EQ, sensitivity had significantly increased in the penis head. This is one of the main reasons I feel good circulation in the penis improved penis sensitivity, from my experience. One note of warning is to not use too much pressure when doing the techniques. Doing that can irritate the dorsal nerves of the penis, and instead have the opposite effect of reducing sensitivity, which happened to me after a few weeks. This can also happen from doing too much (I was very intelligently doing two hours a day; one hour in the morning, and one in the evening). So keep the pressure light to moderate, and only do half an hour a day. Here's the main video explaining the Angion Method.
Damiana: A supplement I came across just last week, Damiana is a supplement I mainly became interested in because it increases testicle size, which sounds awesome. Damiana works by apparently greatly increasing oxygen supply to the genital region. But while I was reading up on it, I coincidentally found out that it apparently increased sensitivity in the penis, and hence also sexual desire. I expect the increased sensitivity occurs from the mechanism of it increasing oxygen supply to the genitals. It seems Damiana might also have a few other neat side effects, but I'll see about them when my supply actually arrives. You can get half a year's supply (like 180 pills) of Damiana here for dirt cheap. My supply's arriving in 2 or 3 weeks, so I'l let you know what general effects it produces once I get mine.
So in general, there's a bunch of ways you can improve your penis sensitivity, which should help reduce your delayed ejaculation, feeling of looseness, and lack of erections without porn (it's hard to not get them when you have an anticipation of how good it'll feel). But first and foremost, keep working on your pelvic floor stuff. You want to build yourself on a strong foundation of health, not a house built on matchsticks which could collapse once a tide comes in. Good luck!

Can this be the simple explanation to the massive gains in your signature? Basically a bad circumcision left your penis unable to reach its full erect length because of constricting skin and stretching the skin through PE allowed your penis to reach its true length? Very rare to see someone gain 2.27 inches.Originally posted by master-gauge View PostYes I was when I was 6yo.. Yes I would say so July, I admitted coming to that conclusion on few years ago.. After becoming more educated on the PE subject, circumcision, the penis in general knowledge etc etc. I began thinking about what and how I started out.. My frenulum was tight, too tight.. Mainly what kind "shape" the penis was in.. I would attest about of 1/2" length gain to actually getting myself stretched out over the first 6 months.. I know for a fact the frenulum was pulled way too tight thanks to crappy surgery techniques.. Sensitivity was always lower then normal as well or to what it should be..Originally posted by july View PostCan this be the simple explanation to the massive gains in your signature? I don't think so actually, I think it's literally a strip of sticky silicone! But I could be wrong.Originally posted by master-gauge View PostI might try the Silicone strip thing.. I take it they have some sort of medication factor to them??
Despite my poverty, I'm highly tempted to give it a try myself too. It does sound pretty awesome from the accounts of people who've done it.Last edited by SoraSora; 08-01-2018, 04:50 PM.

^^ It will be a few days before I get them, next trip to the store anyway.. I would like to find a way to lighten the tip of the glans too as they have started to turn dark from hanging for the last few years.. This may help with that as well..Start: 11/2013: BPEL: 4.73" MEG: 4.5"

Same here, should arrive in a week or so for me. It's worth saying that the more my pelvic floor relaxed and circulation improved, the more my glans started to look a healthier colour and become slightly smoother all by itself. Maybe it's something worth thinking about ^^Originally posted by master-gauge View Post^^ It will be a few days before I get them, next trip to the store anyway.. ^^ That is something I notice when hanging.. The pelvic floor tightening up after getting to the 10 lb mark.. The weight tugging down is making the body subconsciously tug back I guess and that is the muscle that get affected.. I do notice it's easier to go off after a few weeks of being away from hanging, then again I have been hanging now a good 3.5 yrs with minimal breaks in between..Start: 11/2013: BPEL: 4.73" MEG: 4.5"

I doubt that matters too much, this is coming from a guy who previously had a penis he couldn't feel at all. Your health still seems perfectly in order, it's just a matter of making sure you maintain the body you want.Originally posted by master-gauge View Postthen again I have been hanging now a good 3.5 yrs with minimal breaks in between..

^^ I do notice the tension in the PC muscle for a bit after stopping.. It does go away after a bit.. I could do to drop another 10 to 15 lb physically.. And really I should paying more attention to the body now over all after reaching some pretty sweet high end goals in PE.. I'm wondering too if I should just wait till I am done hanging before doing the Silicone strip thing??Last edited by master-gauge; 08-02-2018, 01:59 PM.Start: 11/2013: BPEL: 4.73" MEG: 4.5"

That depends on your personal preferences. But if hanging does reduce your sensitivity, and you want to see proper results from the silicone strip, it could be good to compound the two, and begin silicone strip after you finish hanging. Otherwise it may be like trying to increase your flexibility to do the splits while doing weighted hip adductor exercises every day. The two may be working against each other.Originally posted by master-gauge View Post^^ I do notice the tension in the PC muscle for a bit after stopping.. It does go away after a bit.. So, to make sure you can hang conscience-free, and can feel confident isolating your silicone strip use so that you feel confident what it's effects are, it may be a good idea to wait the few days or weeks until you're done hanging, then focus on restoring sensitivity.
