  • Whey powder for micro damage

PE triggers a growth response resulting in the development of millions of new tissue cells. Extending hanging jelqing edging etcetera.
But science are anonymously agreed that broken tissue is repaired by protein. So why can't we find research where as the protein is needed for PE, or plausible to have protein intake with PE*?
*only science research reports. No personal views please

I'm over six months of PE with average gains. Is there somebody who did researching in this so that I will consider the intake of protein with PE?

I don't think you need to increase intake of your daily protein. However maybe you could try to make sure your body has protein available from your food throughout the whole day - eating less but more frequently. This may speed up healing/gains. I still don't think it will make much of a difference though. There are more important factor to this imho.

The amount of protein required for penis growth is to small to concern yourself with .

Thanks for your reply. But still no conclusions about the damages with PE can be healed faster with protein.

Bodybuilders are very concerned about all the muscles in their body. They have a hard time with isolate training their tiny muscles in their back and underarm etc. Muscles that are smaller then the penis.

Butt still the intake of protein is a must on the say they train this tiny muscles to maintain and let the muscle come forward.

I think protein has nothing to do perse if the muscle is big or short.

So the question remains what the effect is on the created PE muscle damage, with increase in protein vs. "DON'T increase just live healthy"

Because muscle growers and science say "live healthy AND increase your protein"

So maybe there is someone here who can find his way in scientific reports about micro damage in the penis and protein

Nutrition major here. Protein requirements for most healthy adults are only about 60-100 grams. You can consume more but it's not going to force growth or impact your penis.

Drinking a protein shake isn't really going to do anything immediately because the amino acids needed to relair your penis come from an already available amino acid pool in your liver.

I am tempted to just say no and leave it at that .
Look you are wrong at every point, do you want to explain why I should spend time explaining to you?

Speak for yourself. Again you're assuming something in your head instead of facts. Its the theory forum and not much folks come here. You can't see how much this post is visited either.

So its all in your head. Again proof of what I said before that you're an anti facts figure. You just can't take it to see a question you don't no sh*t about because you never looked into it.

I think a whey protein shake can be a key PE supplement. You need protein for growth. And if your hitting the gym to, then you are well past a maintenance metabolic rate and need even more protein for growth, for your muscles and your D. I mix chocolate whey powder with hot water and its like a hot cocoa. When you need that little extra protein.

Yeah but what is needed for the micro damage in the tunica fascia etc? Of can't be that before someone did PE doesn't change something in intake when starting doing PE. There is micro damage done of he begin to start PE. So something changed.

That's the way we think. I do to. But is this scientific based? I mean it's 2018. Is there no research done about what the micro damage needs? Wtf
