  • BC muscle causes downward curve?

    I started doing upward erect bends 10 weeks ago to fix my downward curve. I noticed many things and have some questions.

    I bend the penis over my forearm, it seems the rom has increased and I came to a point my forearm is too thick that I feel any stretch after 10 weeks. When im fully erect the curve looks still the same but I have the feeling that at around 70% erection it is not as prominent anymore.

    What I noticed after a bending session is that I feel soreness where the bc muscle wraps around the cs, the first few inch on the underside of the penis. When im flaccid and do a kegel I feel a tug after im finished with the session. The same tug when you stretch your penis upward and do a kegel, described in a thread to determine the lot. When I do immediately a kegel exercise it feels like my bc muscle is already exhausted and can only do around 30 5 sec holds. To reach this level of exhaustion I need to do normally over 100. The erect bends mainly target my bc muscle.

    I looked up some anatomy pictures and found out that the bc muscle is located where I feel the stretch and that the cs doesnt have a tunica. When im around 50% erect and do a kegel my curve gets more pronounced during the kegel as if the bc muscles pulls on the cs and causes the curve.

    I also have another condition. My penis is slightly rotated. Imagine you rotate your arm a little bit to the right or if you lay down your erect penis on the stomach. The tip doesnt line up with my belly button, but around 1 inch next to the belly button. I always wondered what causes this. My theory seems its the ic muscle which is located left and right to the bc muscle. One side seems to be shorter and causes this rotation.

    This had me thinking that a short bc muscle can maybe cause a downward curve and even if you dont have a curve the bc and ic muscle can prevent further lenght gains if you only target the ligaments and not those muscles.

    I will continue with the erect bends and write about my progress. My range of motion does seem to be greater now.

    I had Downward curve too, from now on I'm keep jelqing against the curve, but I don't know if the bcc muscle affect it
