So extenders are everywhere but only a few are FDA approved. FDA approved penis extenders usually max out on traction force at about 1500g. Now days extenders are coming out with 7000g of tension but they are not FDA approved. So I get a little skeptical about it all. Is bigger better when it come to traction force on your extender? Are these extenders causing injuries? I would love to hear your opinions about this.

My research indicates that the FDA approved external rigidity devices to maintain an erection for Intercourse, including penis pumps; however, the approval excluded external rigidity devices intended to be used for penile enhancement, such as penis enlargement and foreskin remodeling and restoration.
Apparently, the FDA said you can use an extender for sex but not for enhancement.Last edited by not2big; 05-16-2020, 09:55 AM.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

The bigger and BIGGER numbers, are sales tactics. Who has a device with more grams of pulling force that the other brand.
The penis, and success in convincing it to grow, is in using friendly numbers, rather than bigger aggressive numbers. But they won't put that in print or on the dvd.
Perhaps the use of more aggressive numbers has a place in ones pe adventures to be used, later down the proverbial road of PE, but certainly not in the start.
Sometimes less is better; the devil is in the details.

Are you saying that penis extenders are external rigidity devices? Do they make your EQ go up? Better stronger erections? I was under the impression that they just made you longer..

We at the Gym use extenders to make our dicks longer. The FDA only approved extenders as external rigidity devices, but the manufacturers use that approval to market their products for penis enhancement. Icertainly would not want to use an extender to penetrate my wife; however, you can see guys do it on porn sites.
i rarely exceed 900 gr. on my extender. If I go higher, I often slip out.Last edited by not2big; 05-16-2020, 03:03 PM.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

From what point do you start to extend ? from your BPFSL or just your flaccid length without any tension ? This makes a difference too.

When I extend I mostly look at the tension setting on the bars in order to tell me if I'm overdoing it. Does that make sense too?Originally posted by zero0x View PostFrom what point do you start to extend ? from your BPFSL or just your flaccid length without any tension ? This makes a difference too.
