Anti-LOX activating remodeling tunica albuginea and effect is elongation of the penis. This is works for young and adults rats.
The combination of Anti-lysyl oxidase with Vacuum Pump give best result.

Hmmm a rat study out of China . I would be waiting for it first to be replicated and then for human studies before I got excited .

Interesting that it showed a vacum device increased length but not girth .

By the way side effects are not such a concern on rats are you not concerned with a wide range of possible side effects especially weakening of bone etc.

I saw this a few months back and looked into it a bit.

I think in general the only takeaway is that it’s proof of concept in an animal model.

As for inhibitors, I wouldn’t rush to inhibit it. Vitamin c has some inhibition in vitro so could take vit c and hope for some small effect but that’s speculative.

Overall interesting but not sure of applicability yet.

This simply isn't true.

Collagen cross-linking is known to weaken ligaments and make them more brittle. So, inhibiting this would actually strengthen the structure. This may seem counter productive to our goals but it simply means the tissues would be receptive to stretching and remaining flexible.

I do share your sentiment of not trying it due to the untested nature in humans and possible unforeseen side effects. It it merely prevented collagen cross linking then I would be more apt to try out a chemical inhibitor but as of now there really isn't any such substance.
