I've been reading up on the TGC theory and I must I think it is absolutely accurate in my case. For those unfimiliar, here is a link to the original post (please read at least part 1 so this makes sense):

In my case, my BPFSL was 7.1 in and my BPEL is around 6.5 in with an EQ rating of about 6. I have been hanging for over six months and I recently started pumping after hanging to restore bloodflow. I can see now that my smooth muscle has been my limiting factor to my gains. Pumping after hanging has definitely improved my EQ and im now creeping towards 6.8 BPEL consistently.
Before I continue I will say these are all ideas I haven't tested but I am going to test over the next few months, so any and all criticism is welcome.
I am currently doing 2x60 min hanging sessions at 5-7 lbs followed by just a few minutes of pumping. This routine I believe has caused the tunica to stretch beyond the smooth muscle, causing imbalance. The pump I have now works fine, and I do think that the LG hanger is a good device. But I'm getting sick of these advanced routines and I'm proposing something more simple that I believe goes hand in hand with the TGC Theory.
The Pump I currently have is 2.5 in wide and my EG is 5.3 in, So I'm not filling in the sides. I just ordered a pump that's 1.75 in wide which equates to abt 5.5 in circumference. My idea is that with this pump I will be fully pressed up against the sides of the chamber. Theoretically, The vacuum the pump creates will exercise the smooth muscle, whereas the pressing against the sides of the chamber cause it to push upwards and simultaneously stretch the tunica.
This is the closest thing to a simple, balanced and effective PE method I can think of. Until my new pump arrives, Im going to switch my routine to 25 minutes hanging followed by around 20 min of pumping to try to get smooth muscle back in sync with my tunica. Once the new pump arrives, Im going to switch to using just the pump and see what happens. I will be sure to monitor BPEL vs BPFSL and EQ and if I notice my Tunica is becoming the weak point, I will add hanging to my routine again.
This is my first go at trying to understand PE theory, so if you think I'm dead wrong or if there are any flaws in my logic, any guidance is much appreciated. Thank you!
