I've experimented with increasing ejaculate volume with mixed success. Abstinence is one of the obvious ways, but the amount you produce eventually plateaus. I would like to push beyond this plateau and cum even more.
By accident I stumbled on a hypothesis for how to push yourself beyond that amount. One time in particular I ejaculated and everything seemed normal, but within about 10 minutes I found myself hard again. This had never happened to me, so I went ahead and came a second time. Weirdly enough, it was another huge load.
I worked my way backwards and tried to figure out the circumstances that led to this. The conclusion I came to is what I think of as the "rubber band method". What you do is you edge/cum as much as possible over a period of 1-2 days, then you switch to complete abstinence from sexual stimulation (physical and mental). After about 10+ days you'll have pushed beyond your "plateau" and have extra semen in the tank.
My theory for how this method works is that by cumming as much as possible, you push your body into semen production overdrive. After this period you go on a "rest period" of sorts where your body tries to acclimate to this increased activity and tries to compensate by upping production. Hence, it's a bit like winding up a rubber band and then letting go.
Something else to note is that abstaining during the "rest period" can feel very difficult. I've been on long abstinence streaks (400+ days). Eventually things get easier and you stop being horny, but with this method the hornyness is difficult to bear. I'm assuming that's due to the swing in hormones caused from ejaculating a bunch.
I haven't been able to experiment too much with this method, but am curious if this lines up with anyone else's experiences. I'm also wondering if this method could scale upwards, like doing these sessions back to back for months at a time to keep increasing your storage capacity.
