I've only been Kegelling for some months but I've been doing power training for many years.
As some of you might know, every muscle consists of slow twitch muscle fibers and fast twitch muscle fibers.
Fast twitch (type 2A) are the fibers which have the most growth potential. They are best trained with heavy resistance and low volume.
This would mean that to make optimal use of the growth potential of the BC muscle, one should focus on doing just a few sets/reps of very hard, very concentrated Kegels, or even erect Kegels with resistance (towel raises,...).
No need to do the typical 240+ reps daily because this only attacks the slow twitch fibers, which have no growth potential!
Also, allow the muscle enough rest after workout (every other day or so).
Anyone tried this technique?
