  • Excersing To Get That 1/2 inch exposed??

The Area Of My Pubic Bone Seems Too Have A Thick Layer Of Extra Fatness, Im Thinking As I Lose Pounds And Lower My Body Fat % Shouldnt I Get Some Discovered Gains In Length Just Because That Extra Fat Around That Area Had It Covered??... Would The Difference In Length Be A Couple Of Centimeters, 1/2 Inch??

What's the difference between your BPEL and your NBPEL? In the perfect world, if you could get that fat pad down to nothing, they should be the same.

As far as exercises, there is nothing specific to target that area of the body. The good news is good old fashion sweat and hard work will help you lose BF, and reduce the size of your pad.

Weights, HIIT (high intensity interval training), and a clean diet will make a difference. It's not a silver bullet, but you'll feel better, look better, have more energy, have more confidence, and all these will come regardless of what happens to your penis size. That'll simply be a bonus.

Hi Knuckle Up, Yes - it varies obviously, but you are correct on all counts.

This is a concern of mine as well. I have roughly 3/4 an inch difference between my nbpel and my bpel and its because of the fat pad. But I do have about 25-30 pounds of weight I need to lose So I suspect that will help that problem dramatically.

The best way of getting rid of a fat pad is to walk briskly, 30 minutes a day, most days of the week.

Lately I've been walking about 3 mph at an incline on my treadmill. Do you think that's brisk enough? or should I go into a jog.

Thats good, don't raise your heart rate above to 70% of your maximum heart rate. You don't want to burn carbs you want to burn fat.

Yes I've done some research and apparently the key to burning fat is low intensity cardio for long periods of time. Sucks because it takes so long but if it works it works. Now as far as my maximum heart rate goes I don't think I have much of a way of monitoring that. I've been considering buying some type of athletic heart monitor I could wear while exercising so I can get a good measure of what I need to do or maybe alter.

High intensity also burns a lot of calories, due to the afterburn effects. It shouldn't be underestimated. Honestly, any kind of exercise is good.

I've heard a lot of people say the pelvic fat-pad is by far the hardest thing to change, and one of the last places where you lose your fat.

Do you have any guess on how many pounds of weight one would need to lose to lose the fat pad?

I would guess it has to do more with your body fat percentage and genetics.

I don't know if anyone can claim that there's a certain body fat % when it will go....

The only thing people can tell you is that It's one of the very last places where you'll lose fat.

Hey look up burpees on youtube, these are hard to do but will get you results very quickly. All you need is your body weight. The excersise is basically a squat jump down to a push up and repeat.

Funny you say that, I do those on my plyometrics day on saturday. They really are a great exercise.
