I invented a variation of the "A" grip. Beleive me it feels like your pulling out the inner portion of your penis. I call it the "Fist Grip stretch."
After a good warm up for 10 minutes or longer.
with your penis no more than 30% erect or less. No more that 30% erect or the exercise can not be performed.
Make a fist with your dominant hand.
Place the fist at the base of your penis on the top side.
With the other hand grab the penis at the just below the glans.
Wrap the penis around the fist of the dominant hand.
Slowly lift the fist while your penis is wrapped over it.
Your penis will flatten out as it is being stretched up and over.
When the penis is stretched to its max, kegel and hold the penis in this position for 60 seconds.
What to expect, a bigger fuller flaccid. My flaccid after this exercise grows to be almost as big as my erection. And it is only about 40% erect after the session is over. This exercise feels good, not painful at all. If you experince pain from doing this exercise do not do it.
Repeat again placing the "fist" on the right side of your penis at the base, then left side, then the underside.
As far as erect length increases i have seen no gain that i know of. But my EQ is really great and flaccid hang the next day is fatter. Not so much longer but fatter.
This is an advanced routine not intended for newbies.
I have been doing this exercise for about 6 weeks now it it quick and can be done in a matter of 5-10 minutes post warm up.
