How % of people have penis longer and thicker in both category 8> + 6> ( 9 + 5.9 no , 7.9 + 6.5 no only in both category)
For example
8>= 5 % - 100 man's = 5 with 8" - 1000 man's =50 ( I think about 50% with this length have more than 6" girth and - 25 in 1000 have this )
6>= 5 % - 100 man's = 5 with 6" - 1000 man's =50

Took a while for me to pick the bones out of that ... no offence mate. As you are still fairly new to this forum my best advice is to try and make your posts easier for people to understand, that way we can help you more with your inquiry.
I think that as a percentage ... you are looking at perhaps less than 5% of the male population posess a penis with a length of 8"+ and a girth of 6"+. Hope that has answered your question.

Nobody here is in position to tell you if it's true or not. The only thing that we can do is give our humble opinion and you'll have to take it or leave it. Only well conducted population surveys would give you the "real" answer to your question. Have a look at the studies made so far on penis size.
For my part, I believe that less than 1% is the correct answer.

It would probably make a difference if the 8+" was NBPEL or BPEL and if the 6+" girth was maximal girth, mid-shaft girth, or an average girth.

If you look at the polls on this forum, over 9 % of respondents claim to have a current BPEL of 8" or more and an incredible (and in my opinion highly suspect) 17+ % claim to have a current erect girth of 6" or more.

If you look at the data at Thunder's Place BPEL of more than 8" was at or above the 97th percentile and average erect girth of more than 6" was at or above the 96th percentile. The volume represented by the combination of 8+" BPEL and 6+" average girth was at about the 96th percentile.

If you considered only NPBEL of over 8" and mid-shaft erect girth of over 6", I suspect the percentage would fall to a percent or two.
