I've recently started working out and decided to take Creatine mixed up with some proteins as I am very thin. What whould be the possitive / negative effects on PE?

Neither creatine or protein would have a direct impact on your PE efforts. The creatine is simply a precursor for ATP to be utilized in your muscles. The whey protein would only be benefical if you had a deficency of protein in your diet.
However, there could be an indirect benefit for taking both. Since the protein and creatine would help build more muscle mass, the additional muscle would help reduce bodyfat (e.g. fatpad) allowing more penile length. yeah i agree they wont have any negative effect on your gains maybe just the opposite.these supplements can work wonders together if used properly....make sure to cycle off the creatine for 4 weeks every 10 weeks to get the best results(if not your body will just get used of all the creatine in the system)....ive been using creatine for a few years and its been a great help in pushing me past times where my body wont seem to grow(plateaus)....i was never into many supplements but out of all the huge amount of money ive spent over the years the only effective ones have been protein,creatine and glutamine and a good multi-vitamin...of course you cant beat all the natural foods packed with vitamins and nutrients etc....Last edited by WhiteCloudz; 12-03-2010, 03:18 PM.Starting Size-------6.75" x 5.0"
