I don't know if this has been covered before but I have made a variation on the basic jelq that seems very efficient for girth growth.
Starting with a highish erection level eg. 60-70% and as you squeeze both at at the base and at the top you do the upward slide while both hands start cranking as if you are twisting one of those double grip cranks.
Do this relatively slowly so you get like 3-5 circles by the time you reach the top.
This hits the middle shaft extremely well.
Obviously this is what many would term an advanced exercise because it involves high erection levels and adds lateral/twisting forces to the normal jelq.
