I have trouble seeing why anyone could possibly think that cold water is better than warm for ending a PE session...
A: Cold water reduces blood flow. All that hard work you've done to make blood flow into your penis freely will be diminished.
B: The only medicinal use of cold water is to reduce pain or swelling by reducing blood flow. Guys at gyms don't take cold showers after working out to make their muscles heal quicker
C: Cold water makes your dick turtle. Never let that little bugger try to escape greatness, EVER
I'm sure you can get gains doing it, but I'm convinced you can get better gains with the hottest water your dick can tolerate for as long as you can spare the time.
I do at least a 15 minute warm up and a 10 minute warm down. It sucks in the summer when all you want is cold, but that's not the point.
I've been at PE for just under 2 months and I've already gained nearly an inch in length and over 1/4" in girth and I attribute a lot of that success to warming up and down REALLY well.
That's my 2 cents
