First let me start by saying that I'm not an expert on PE. I am quite a newbie. This is solely based on physiology.
PE can be done whenever you want or have the time. But there maybe times when it might be more effective than others. I'm sure most of you guys know that you shouldn't work out right after a meal. That's because when you eat a meal, the brain signals the body to move most of your blood to the digestive system because that's where it's needed the most. Same thing applies to your PE. If you PE right after a meal, most of your blood is going to be directed to your GI tract and there isn't going to be a good enough amount of blood for your PE.
Doing your PE right after your workout your body is also going to take away from your PE. During a workout your body directs the blood to your muscles so they can function at their best.
Having more blood available for your unit is going help you have a more effective PE and it is going to help with recovery. The more blood you have circulating in that region, the more nutrients are going to be available to your penis for recovery and growth. Applying heat to your unit and taking supplements such as L-Arginine are going to help too because it will provide your penis with even more blood. These are just a few ways you can optimize your PE.
