Think I just invented a new acronym buzzword guys: ALKs (or AsLaKs) - Asymmetric Lateral Kegels. In other words: kegeling while lying on one side.
My dick points about 10 degrees to the left when erect. Not a huge problem, it makes sex more awkward though; if I slip out of a girl I'm not usually lined up to go straight back in and have to use my hand to get it back in line. This can ruin the moment somewhat, especially if she's really getting into her stride when it happens. It's no fun if my cock gets further bent out of the way either!
Since I started PE roughly 2 weeks ago I've been dressing and also doing extra stretches to the right, in order to stretch the left side of my penis. I've also been doing erect stretches down to my right hip and holding for 30 seconds at a time. Not something I read about, just something which seemed to make sense.
Today I did something new: I lay on my left side and edged until I was really hard (9-10 EQ), then I put a wash cloth over my dick and kegel'd so that the wash cloth was raised towards the ceiling, held for a couple of seconds and repeated. I did this for about 10 minutes, edging when required, at the end I had a VERY definite fatigue of the muscles at the base of my penis on the right hand side.
Like many people have poor posture because of vastly disproportioned muscle groups (overdeveloped chest muscles and underdeveloped back muscles for instance) I reason the same thing could be true of my penis. The solution to posture is usually a combination of BOTH stretching the over developed muscles and exercising the underdeveloped ones, not merely stretching. I definitely feel as if the left hand side of my penis is stronger when I do regular towel raises, it just seems to 'activate' more then the right side so I'm going to add these 'AsLaKs' into my routine (every second day to begin with as the fatigue was very intense!) and I'll see if I get any results.
I'd be interested to know has anyone else done these exercises or similar? What were the results?
Alex
