Betamethasone as a chemical edge for PE?

Hi everyone,

I was helping a guy who is dealing with tight foreskin (Phimosis), and I read an article about the growing preference of European doctors to prescribe a cycle of betamethasone steroid topical cream over circumcision.

Has anybody ever used betamethasone for a chemical edge on their PE? If so, what was your experience?

Does anybody know (or would like to hypothesise) if betamethasone would work similar to Andractim Topical DHT?


If so, I'm wondering if it may be a better alternative to artificially increasing my DHT. I'm sure this is something many of us would be interested in!

Betamethasone would not act like DHT as it acts through glucocortisicoid receptor. It would reduce inflammation. Do you think inflammation slows PE?
