    So this was a sample size of 2? Would one milk drinking athlete with a small schlong be enough to convince you? I grew up on milk and was a very competitive athlete. Before I started PE, I was very average.

    Observe! One of my friends(lets call him friend n1) were half middle-eastern (near India). According to research arabs usually have above average penises but Indians on the other hand has a below average penis size. With that said, he is not an arab and thus their is a high chance that he should have a small penis. But he does not, this is what lead me to believe there was something he did in his youth (diet, training etc) that could have affected his size. It was then that i noticed one of my other friends had the same diet+training(in their youth) as my friend (n1).
    The "research" concerning alleged racial and ethnic links and penis size are very controversial.

    Elaboration:

    I have also read about other things in the diet that might be extremely good for PE gains.

    - Cayenne pepper (increases blood flow in the whole body tremendously)
    - Wildberries (Increses blood flow moderatly)
    - Milk (contains nitric oxygen (NO) which expands the blood vessels
    - L-arginine (Is a pure NO product, this one is quite common)
    - Any protein rich diet(protein shakes aswell) that helps building up muscle tissue.
    Well, penis pills and various big penis diets have very little scientific support.

    Conclusion:

    Diet and training in youth and hopefully in our cases aswell in adulthood can affect PE gains tremendously. Moreover, changing my diet plan and taking in all the above each day or a few times a week might make my gains (even though beginner gains) even higher.

    Observe! I upped the amount of milk i drink the last two weeks from 1 small glass of milk (0.1L) each day to 0.5L-1L of milk per day. I haven't tried any of the other provisions.
    I look forward to hearing your snailing technique, but I spent my youth showering with other milk fed athletes; dated the same girls; and I can guarantee you that sizes vary tremendously; from very small to very large, but most unexceptionally average.

    Again, this looks like a come on for some sort of angle.

      I was on varsity track in high school, ran the 110 and 330 hurdles. My legs, butt, and abs were rock solid. My penis was still below-average size.
      Starting (3/14/2011) = 5" x 4"
      Current (7/16/2013) = 5.75" x 4.125"

      Short-Term Goal = BPEL 6"
      Long-Term Goal = 7.5" x 5.5"

        lol i laughed when i read the content of this thread contra the headline.. no new tips in here thats for sure. maybe the snaill thing, how about that topicstarter?

        but it is good advices no doubt, just nothing new.

            I don't think there is really a KEY to success in PE. Actually yes there is, its called BEING CONSISTENT and incorporating REST. This is not something that happends overnight, you may even never gain a thing, that CAN happend. Ive been doing PE for almost 7 years, lots of experimentation but really have gained a whole hell of a lot. Some gain hard some gain easy. You MUST find something that works for you, your penis and your schedule. My ways are very unorthodox, I break the rules, I don't follow one routine but I stick with one till I think I have exhausted its value. Good luck friend. PM me if you have any questions.

                  Sorry for keeping everyone waiting. I have been really busy these last couple of weeks. I will hopefully get the thread about snailing up this weekend. Hoping i wont have to bad of a hangover

                    Ha ha ha! There is no cartilage in the human penis. Good to drink milk but won't help penis grow.

                                Two nights ago, I had cereal before I went to bed, and then in the morning the sun came up.

                                So just to make sure it wasn't a coincidence, last night I had cereal again before I went to bed. And low and behold the sun came up again.

                                I think I have proven that the sun rising in the morning is clearly dependent upon me having cereal before I go to bed. I am very scared however, as I have run out of cereal and I don't have a way to get to the store tonight.

                                I believe we are all going to die.
