OK, when I hung weights I was informed that rest days were alien to PE, and that PE was about deforming tough parts of the body (namely ligaments and tunica). Now I tried this approach for 6 weeks hanging several hours a day, at the end I measured and was down a 1/4 inch from my best errection length. I assumed hanging this way wasnt working for me. I switched to wearing an extender for as many hours a day as I could (3-7hrs) for 7 weeks. Again not a single rest day. This had the same end result!
I have also performed manual PE for 3 months with rest days every few days, pumping for 6 weeks with a rest days every 4-7 days and manual PE with no rest days.
I feel like I have exhausted the possibilities. And what I still find confusing are the occasional comments I read that constant PE is a definite must (because to PE is about deforming and rest only hinders this).
My thoughts go like this:
Scenario 1)If you were to perform only 10 Jai stretches a day for your PE you would likely never need a rest day, similar to if you were to just get an erection for a minute or so each day. ie minimum force with minimum duration
Scenario 2)If you were to spend 5 hours stretching your penis with a high degree of force then you would likely see some severe negative PIs especially turtling. ie moderate force with long duration
Scenario 3)If you were to tie your penis to a concrete block and drop the block you would just be hoping that your penis is still attached to your body!! (obviously this isnt PE its stupid...Im just using it for it theoretical value). ie MAXIMUM force with tiny duration. Shock attack!
Where I am going with all this is trying to decipher the best routine when it comes to PE. Should one aim to be able to PE everyday even if this means using less force and or duration? Or should one aim to hit the penis hard with either force and or duration but then take afew days maybe even weeks off PE?
In bodybuilding terms I guess this is kind of similar to High Intensity Vs Volume (Mentzer Vs Scwarchenegger). I guess it doesn't matter if you see results and you PE safely, but for any hardgainers out there it can be confusing to know what's best as people do seem to gain with different rest routines.
For the record, I know that ligs do seem to be the area people focus on when talking about constant PE and deforming, however, does the tunica need to be treated in the same way? I know where one or two moderators stand on this but Id love to get more info. I think I read that HT had the view that its a matter of balancing constantly deforming the tunica while allowing the CCs to et enough rest. This sounds like it may be the answer I'm looking for!
I think Im leaning on being able to perform PE for 5 days without negative PIs, which for me equals moderate/high intensity but fairly low duration. When I last tried very high intensity even with fairly low duration I turtled up for days!
OK, I've rambled on for long enough and I hope I have made sense. I guess the basic question is, why are we resting, what structures need rest (I read that the smooth muscle needs rest...what structures are made from smooth muscle, originally I thought it was the tunica?), what benefit from more constant PE (If ANY). And is it better to experience some negative PIs by upping either force or duration or better to always aim for not seeing any negative PIs?
Many thanks
