Vulcan, where did you get your damiana leaves, and would you suggest boiling leaves in a tea over extracted pill consumption?

I used to pour boiling water, let it rest for say 5 minutes then drain it & drink.

I never found Damiana in pill form on its own. I used to buy it loose from a very herbal health shop. I believe it is found in Texas & Mexico in the wild.

you should be able to find it in pill form, we have them here in the uk from a shop called holland and barrett, 100 capsule @ 450mg (Damiana Leaves 1,350mg (Turnera aphrodisiaca) at £9.75

how is damiana beneficial to pe? When It's highly estrogenic I use to smoke it as spice medium that i adhered with synthetic cannibinoids and adhered those cannibinoids to the damiana leaf with acetone

I did not know about any estrogenic effect - but this would concern me.

I use it both tonically (moderate doses...like 800-1000mg/daily) and stimulatively (large doses...like 5-8g/prior to sex); great stuff. I think the estrogenic association is a misunderstanding of the fact that damiana is often indicated in cases of low libido in women due to it's blood flow to the genitals effect. Thing is, it does the same thing for men. Highly recommended; just don't use it stimulatively daily...too much blood flow over too long a period can result in rectal bleeding...she won't find that attractive.

i just got mine in a few days ago, made some tea that was way too strong and bitter, but was great once i watered it down. also started making a tincture which should hopefully be ready some time next month.

I am interested in this.... But being that I know nothing noteworthy of the circulatory system, I am going to ask some very general questions, and hope for an answer.

I can see an ingredient possibly increasing bloodflow throughout the body, by somehow dilating blood vessels, but how is it that an ingredient can actually circulate more blood through my penis, without having the same effect on the entire body?

Yes, I do realize that Viagra works... And I also don't know how it works either.
