Hello everyone, Im sure this has been asked many many times but i tried a search but couldn't find any answers.
I am currently on a squeeze/hang routine 3 times a week and hanging straight down, this is for stretching the ligaments which i am aware of, but looking back at the loss of tug theory posted on JP''s routine I have a low loss of tug straight down, would this mean my ligs are maxed and it would be pointless to carry on hanging down?
Would hanging over to the right/left over the leg or straight up/over shoulder be the better option to maximize length gains?
Regards!
