Here's an interest short story that I wanted to share with the gym.
Cumming too fast is embarrassing while taking too long to cum is frustrating. I dealt with the later and it's called Delayed Ejaculation. I did my research on the topic and learned it can be caused by many different things. For me, I decided it wasn't mental but a physical issue. My glans weren't as sensitive and responsive as they used to be. I read about Foreskin restoring and learned about Keratinization. In short, after getting circumcised the glans are no longer protected by the foreskin and always exposed. This exposure is harmful. When the glans are always rubbing against your boxers they become desensitized to contact AND start to dry up, the skin gets thick and rougher. Think about... the glands are rubbing against cotton boxers 24/7. The results are a dried, rougher, less sensitive glans and this is a problem. Plus the constant rubbing is a stimuli that causes your body to fire signals through your nerves to your brain. That's a lot to handle and your body's defense is to protect the skin and become less responsive to physical contact of rubbing. So your brain actually weeds out the nerve signals.
I wasn't going to restore. It's not for me. But I iliked the idea of protecting the glans. I came up with a super simple and safe way. I used plastic wrap/cling wrap around the glans. Before you say WTF, just hear me out. I took a small piece (maybe 2 inches) and poked several holes in it. Then I loosely wrap the glans only while leaving the tip open for using the bathroom. Then I put on boxer briefs or regular briefs. Briefs meant less bouncing around and less indirect contact or stimulation.
The results are great. It's been two weeks are my glans have changed. It's softer, more moist and have a pinker look to it. The best part, I am definitely more sensitive. The plastic wrap creates a barrier against my underwear's constant friction and traps the natural oils causing the reversal of the Kerinization. In fact when I don't wrap my glans now I actually feel the chaffing from my boxers and it hurts. I had to go buy softer underwear, but it's worth it.
I don't know if it will work for you, but I am happy with it. It's was easy, cheap, stealth and safe. Just don't wrap tight as you are not trying to suffocate the glans. That obviously would be dangerous. Use a clean piece of plastic wrap often. Give it a few weeks and see what happens to you.
FYI: I was circumcised 30+ years ago.
Good luck,
MD
