Well I'm not a heavyweight; I'm trying to watch my weight. Think about it guys; you have a device than can help to give you a bigger dick. Don't you think that some researcher would have thought along the lines that you guys are thinking and tried it out? If it worked don't you think he would have marketed it by now and be a billionaire? What you guys looked up in theory is wonderful; I had to memorize all that stuff years ago. Like I said the money would be better spent doing something fun.The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

I think LED's at certain wave lengths could be beneficial, especially to someone
with an injury/strain. I've used LED's extensively for scar revision, with other
treatments, to the point where you can't tell I ever had any scars. With the
skin, the general treatment is to damage the skin via dermarolling, laser,
dermabrasion, chemical peel, then during the healing process block TGF-B1
and TGF-B2 in favor or TGF-B3 (transforming growth factor beta 3). The blocking
allows the skin to regrow without scarring. The LED's accelerate the process
and also act as anti-inflammarories. You don't want inflamation at all once
you're out of phase 1 of the wound healing cascade. Inflammation= scarring.
To me you could effectively throw some certain wavelengths of light on there
to accelerate/encourage healing. Its similar because in both you want collagen/
tissue growth. Topicals in my opinion wouldn't really help penis growth because
it affects (definately) the skin, but can't permeate in to ligaments really, probably
not even with ultrasound. Although I've been using both ultrasound and LED's a
little.
You can get inexpensive panels from the ledman.net. Around $125. Small.
If you use infared, use goggles lined with aluminum to block the wavelength from
penetrating into your eyes. Keep infared, and all wavelengths away from your
testicles, especially infared. Infared penetrates right through skin/tissue really
deep (unless its a specific/intentional treatment to increase testosterone).Last edited by sky_captain; 07-27-2011, 11:25 AM."That's your happiness and my hap-penis"

Cold laser is the same as low-level laser therapy (LLLT) right? I had looked into this a bit, though I don't have time right now to find everything again.
laser.nu listed some studies. One on treating erectile dysfunction and I remember reading elsewhere it being used to treat problems with a stallion's penis.
You could buy lasers and build one of these yourself and it would be much cheaper and more powerful, there's even guides some people have put together on building them (For hair loss, but I'm sure a more penis-friendly design is possible). I don't have the money or the inclination to have my dick plugged in to a socket all day, but it's quite interesting, though I doubt it is any holy grail of PE.

There's more and more info coming out about this type of therapy. It's a good point to remember that there is no Holy Grail (yet) of PE - but if there is a technique to help repair faster, what an amazing tool that could be. A faster recovery time would shorten the time required to see results.Originally posted by Otto von Jizzmark View PostCold laser is the same as low-level laser therapy (LLLT) right? Is there a difference though between cold laser and IR Therapy? Even if the wavelengths match, there's a coherence difference in the light and I wonder if that makes any difference at all.
It's good to see that this is a new area of research and that people are taking interest!- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Just thought I would post a few more links in case anyone was still considering this. To be honest if I had enough spare cash I would be really tempted to try this out; if it doesn't work on your dick you can still use it to help heal other injuries. One guy is using one to help his cat's stage III kidney disease. Still, do your research to be sure.
- Forum post about building a deep tissue laser. 810nm wavelength is apparently the best for deep tissue healing.
- Guy's site where he teaches you to put together a laser helmet. Most of which isn't necessary; I think the basic pen setup would be sufficient, maybe just held with a peg in case it gets too warm.
You could put together a near medical strength unit for around $70 (Laser + power supply). I'm no electrician, but I would just twist some wire nuts together and tape them up. Crimp connectors might be a better idea if you know about that kind of stuff
The questions that remain to be answered: What is the best treatment duration and frequency and how much healing is too much in regards to PE... What I'd like to see is laser healing combined with traction/ADS.
THOR blog is also good for the latest laser literature.

Okay, 3 months ago started with the Bathmate X-40. Could get to 17.5 on the scale in 20 minutes but had donut head and discoloration. Continued use and about three weeks ago really started taking my time with the pressure, good pump and then force myself to wait 5 minutes before taking up the slack again. I go for a full 20 minutes like this and when finished do about 10 minutes of cold laser therapy all along the dorsal part of my penis from the base to the head and spend a few minutes around the base and on the fat pad. I also incorporated a lean forward feel the stretch slow count to 30 while pumping as well. Today, I was able to get up to 20.8 or slightly over 8 inches in the Bathmate am experiencing minimal discoloration and barely any of the abnormal swelling I was getting before with the pump. I finished off today with 10 minutes of cold laser again and have noticed in the past week the skin on the penis smoother and healthier looking and more veins throughout. My wife is noticing a remarkable increase in the size as well and has asked if I'm doing anything to make it bigger. I got my laser off of ebay from a vendor in Turkey. It plugs into the wall and is two lasers in one. There are others on there as well that look like a flashlight and are for veterinary use only....I have used mine to treat sore joints, tendonitis and a few other things apart from the weenie and this technology does seem to work.Originally posted by outlaw954 View PostGreat info guys, I'm beginning to lean on the side off actually purchasing one of these devices. The only issue is the $300 bucks, but I am convinced that this might play crucial role in PE...according to the research regarding cold lasers or LED healing this covers just about all the theories in PE I'm not one hundred percent sure that it will work but I figure that it will be worth a try. I know that PE is a long life journey and shouldn't be rushed but at the same time I believe that one should use every tool at his disposal to reach his goal. If this does by any means work out I will be the first to post my results......in the mean time keep the thread going if possible b/c scientifically speaking there really shouldn't be any reason this Idea should not work....Its scientifically back by researches and unlike many other things going around the web it seems pretty legit.

Why in the hell would you try to talk someone out of doing this? Here you've got some guys wanting to try this technology, a technology with clinical backing in other areas of rehab. I have actually started using cold laser therapy and would love to see what kind of results others get from it. You're too negative...almost like the bastards that say PE doesn't work! Think about it.Originally posted by CUSP82 View PostWell I'm not a heavyweight; I'm trying to watch my weight. Think about it guys; you have a device than can help to give you a bigger dick.
