Ok, getting back to this! Last cycle I completed did yield noticeable gains, too bad I failed to follow up properly with another cycle. The gains did last after the 1-week rest, but I probably should have continued more consistently to cement them, by now they're pretty much gone (unless I've got 100$ EQ, but then again I think that was the case even before the routine). Anyway, I really like these exercises so I'm getting back to them.I like making my wee wee larger

I have a question on this actually. Is it effective if you face the penis downwards slightly? I also have an issue with the vein along the top of my shaft (Dorsal vein??) popping when I stretch against the right leg, doesn't seem to do it when I move to the left.Start: BPEL - 7.008", MEG - 5.197"
Current: BPEL - 7.126", MEG - 5.118"
Goal: BPEL - 9", MEG - 6.5"

The vascular system has branches which aren't always symmetrical. I just saw the video for the side to sides and think I've been doing it wrong. In an half squat I just go from the leg to leg but on the video it appears that it should be a semi-circle. The JP90 is a very involved regimen.
