  • HST for PE

I'm a pretty avid weight lifter, and one of the best training programs I've ever come across for weight lifting is called Hypertrophy specific training. (Reading here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/paul4.htm) Hypertrophy specific training isn't so much about strength training, as it is about packing on size, which is exactly what we want in the penis enlargement community. I'm not sure if anyone has ever tried adapting this type of regimen to PE, but I think over the next few weeks I'm going to try to put a program together that works off of these principles. I'll let you know how it goes, and anyone else willing to research with me and help out is more than welcome.

This sounds like an outgrowth of Tudor Bompa's early work on periodisation. He was carefull and systematic and allways had the athlete conditioned for the next phase of training. I assume you will likewise be conditioned , I see you are a longtime member despite the small number of posts.

Yeah, I've been into PE for quite a while, mostly and on again off again type thing. I just don't post that often. I'll look into Tudor Bompa and his conditioning programs, thanks for the info.

I'm not an expert on HST and have never used that protocal, but what I seem to remember is that it seemed to intentionally throw away strength gains in order to get 'easy' size gains again.

I'm not sure that it would be applicable to PE, unless your goal was to increase the size (rather then strength) of pelvic floor muscles. I -doubt- that it has smooth muscle applicability.
