  • Scissor Grip Method

The common clamping by hand is the okay grip which does work but not in all exercise.

    1. Place the penile area between the middle finger and the ring finger.
    2. Curve it the middle finger that it clamps to the side the ring finger in a half moon shape.

Now the grip is secure for stretches and allows to movement.
You can add the okay grip to it for forcing/releasing tension.

This is only a method for gripping. You can try it for yourself.

Either your fingers can do something unnatural (or mine are just stupid fingers), but that sounds like the grip for v-jelqs.

It is the same fingers but used on the side to clamp with middle finger as the curved vice just like you see for online clampers where the the mechanism comes with a curved bar and the other is straight for the upperside. I use the same practice with my fingers while leaving the okay grip optional when I need more pressure. It works great for me. I started with this about a few weeks ago because I wanted to find a better way of gripping when stretching. But I don't v-jelg like that but use both hands to form the v with my thumbs on the top for leveling.

I just gave it a quick go and this grip seems pretty good. Thanks for sharing this, thenewdude.

I'll try it fully in my next session. Hopefully it can prevent these red spots I keep getting on my knuckle from OK stretches.

You know how you can make a chicken shadow puppet with your hand by having your middle finger bent above the index finger? (bugerk!) Is this the finger shape you're describing the thenewdude, except with the ring finger on top of middle?
