FST-7 is a bodybuilding training method where you do 7 sets of an exercise to increase the pump in the muscles but more specifically to stretch the FASCIA which is around the muscle belly just as the TUNICA is around the penis muscle bellies the CC and CS. I'm putting this out there so the experts and more seasoned PE trainers can critic but also suggest exercises to do the same

It's pretty complicated stuff Prime. There's a lot more to his system than doing seven sets. But he says:
Anyway, if I were to translate some of this to PE I come up with the following:There is nothing ‘magical’ per sec about performing seven sets. However, this is the number I arrived at following a great deal of trial and error. In the past, I had various clients try doing five or six sets, and most were not able to achieve their maximal pump. This isn’t to say that there aren’t some people out there that are indeed able to get the job done with five sets.
- Stretch before and after workouts
- Do heavy exercises first, such as ULI
- Finish with a stretch that is held for longer, same goes for ULI, make the last one held for longer compared to the others.
- Do kegels/reverse kegels between exercises
- Drink water while exercising
And I guess your final seven jelqs say, you could do super slow. If I have my grip right, I can get a huge expansion by going slowly. I force myself to refrain at this stage, but I know I'll be able to stack on the girth in the future by doing this. The thunder's member braindrain who gained 2" length and 2" girth called this perfect jelqing. That was his only girth technique towards the end. Just perfect jelqs, and only about 10-15 minutes of them too. That's all he needed. So be careful.
Anyway, feel free to add more 'translations'. Could be good

Tunica albuginea is different than other muscle coverings. And the muscle itself is different too. The muscle is smooth muscle tissue, at least the muscle in the corpus chambers. The muscle in the base of the penis is normal skeletal muscle though. Anyway, what I'm saying is the unique structure of the penis needs special consideration, and all the exercises for this are here on the site.
One difference between FST-7 and PE is riding the fatigue in hanging. FST-7 would have you doing a longer heavier set at the end, but in hanging it's good if you're feeling compelled to lower the weight.
There may be some ideas that can carry over from FST-7, but not everything. I don't know enough about it. Did you have any ideas for exercises or techniques Prime?

The main idea of FST-7 training is to engorge the muscle with as much blood in the fastest time possible hence the 30-45 secs rest period between the 7 sets which intern stretches the FASCIA. You can do it before or after the rest of exercises. I read over the exercises and think Erect & Flaccid bends, Horse Squeezes, Uli, Compression squeezes though I don't fully understand how to do them, Bundled Stretches though I don't know if you do them erect flaccid etc and tunica stretches which I also I'm not sure how to place the V hand. I think those might be the best especially those that force more blood into the penis. Tell me what you thinkPE is the Right of all Sentient Beings

In kegel routines you hear about making the last one going for much longer and as strong as you can, and since that targets the skeletal muscles at the base of the penis and the pelvic floor, that is a similarity to this training for pump style.
Ever notice a pump like this from kegels Pegasus?

Not the same as I would in say back. Mind you i havn't trained for pump in the gym for many years.Originally posted by XitemeM View PostIn kegel routines you hear about making the last one going for much longer and as strong as you can, and since that targets the skeletal muscles at the base of the penis and the pelvic floor, that is a similarity to this training for pump style.

I'm a bit scared of doing super hard kegels. I think if I tried I could do it really strong. I've been doing more reverse kegels though for balance. I can tell that it would be easier with increased fitness levels, because core strength would be a big factor. With a strong torso and core strength, reverse kegels should be more powerful. I kind of have to hold my breath a bit when I do them. Not sure if that's normal..
My BPEL:BPFSL ratio was 1:1 when I started and now my BPFSL is between ½" - ¾" more then BPEL. You may find after completing the conditioning phase that you're on your way to getting that tunica stretched anyway.Originally posted by PRIME View Postnope its not exactly the same I really want to stretch the tunica
