Nitric Oxide- "Nitric oxide is needed for the muscles in the penis to relax. This relaxation allows chambers inside the penis to fill with blood so the penis becomes erect" beyond this it also increases the amount of oxygen in the blood increasing its volume/flow
Creatine- "Despite the energetic flux being much lower in smooth muscle compared to striated muscles (such as the heart and skeletal muscle) creatine kinase (CK) has been found present and active in all smooth muscles studied to date."
Glycerol- "Glycerol-containing beverages create an osmotic gradient in the circulation favouring fluid retention, thereby facilitating hyperhydration and protecting against dehydration. Many studies have shown that increases in body water by 1 L or more are achievable through glycerol hyperhydration"
Before anything else, other than maintaining a daily intake of creatine I don't believe Nitric Oxide or Glycerol to be something you would specifically be using day in and day out for PE or by itself. But more importantly I've seen alot of discussion on here in terms of "chaining" PE or Fatigue together for better gains as it is cumulative but also like the more stress you can chain together before giving recovery time the better. On a basic level imagine if you pumped with a bathmate and instead of the 2-3 hour pump afterwards you wanted to extend that or also even increase the relaxed volume it will be at while fatigued. The same way glycerol can keep a pump going for hours after a workout instead of just 1-2 max, it ends up being something you feel all day. Beyond that Glycerol alone is insanely cheap and studied to the point daily intake is safe like creatine. If I bathmate in the morning after working out/taking the supplements and go straight into phallosan for most of the day I can notice at all times it maintains a much more tight fit/never varies for example even if it never loses suction/comes off sometimes i'll notice myself get more or less erect inside of it. This maintains a balance.
Nitric Oxide probably has been the biggest game changer on top of just doing actual cardiovascular activity (noticable blood flow difference for hours after as well to penis) but is more expensive and not even in most pre workouts to a worthwhile degree but still worth mentioning. May not have worded it the best but at the end of the day it has a noticeable increase in volume/blood flow for a noticeable amount of time, and I think it can make chaining things together more effective.
For creatine as it is something you have to build up to a baseline level in your body then intake daily, I'm wondering if there would be any measurable increase in size. Theoretically there would have to be something. Again may not be worth adding these in unless you already use them, but if you do maybe attempt to try to fit your PE schedule around it to see if it produces noticeable effects
